Industrial maintenance

The work that starts after handover.

At INCO we believe that service does not end with manufacturing and/or erection. We have created an INCO Maintenance department with special portable equipment and highly skilled, trained workers, ready to assist our clients as fast as their maintenance and repair requirements materialise — to keep their production running and minimise downtime.

Scope

Two capabilities, one mobilisation.

Repair and maintenance in the field, backed by the inspection and test facilities that verify the work — so a finding does not become a second contractor.

Repair and maintenance service

Mobilised to site with portable equipment, sized to the outage rather than the calendar.

  • Major modifications and upgrades
  • Repiping
  • Leak detection at location, and repair
  • Onsite annual inspection
  • Drum inspection and repair
  • Penetrative maintenance
  • Repair upgrades
  • Spare parts

In-house inspection and test facilities

The same NDE capability that signs off new fabrication, available for plant already in service.

  • PWHT (post-weld heat treatment)
  • Hydrotests
  • Non-destructive evaluation
  • Radiographic tests (X-ray)
  • Penetrative liquid tests
  • Magnetic particle test
  • Ultrasonic tests
  • Visual inspection
  • Hardness testing
  • Positive material identification
Why INCO

The people who built it are the people who maintain it.

seven decades of fabricating and erecting pressure vessels, boilers, tanks and piping means maintenance crews arrive already knowing the equipment.

The fabrication shop behind the work is described on Workshops.
