Who we are

This notice describes how INCO International FZ Co. and its group entities collect, use, and safeguard personal data when you visit this website, enquire about our services, apply for a role, or do business with us.

The data controller is INCO International FZ Co., registered in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Where a different group entity is the controller (for example, when you apply for a role with one of our country operations), that entity is identified at the point of collection.

If you have questions about this notice or wish to exercise your rights, please contact us at privacy@incogroup.com. Postal and phone details are on our contact page.

What we collect

We collect information you provide directly: your name, contact details, employment history, qualifications, and any documents you choose to share when you enquire, apply, or transact with us. For job applications we may also collect government identifiers where required by labour law in the country of work.

We also collect technical information about your visit — IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location — through standard server logs and the analytics service identified on this site. We do not use these signals to build behavioural profiles or for advertising.

How we use it

We use your data to respond to enquiries, evaluate job and supplier applications, perform commercial contracts, comply with our legal obligations (including labour, tax, and immigration law), and operate and secure this website. We never sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

When we rely on consent for a specific purpose, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object at any time.

Where it goes

Personal data is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in the United Arab Emirates (the UAE North region), and its backups are kept in the same region. We use carefully selected service providers — including hosting, email, identity, and analytics vendors — and require contractual safeguards aligned with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL).

Where applicable, we apply UAE PDPL international-transfer mechanisms before moving personal data to providers outside the UAE.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Azure Application Insights to collect aggregate usage and performance telemetry — pages viewed, load times, and errors — so we can keep the site fast and reliable. The service is configured without cookies and without cross-site tracking: it sets no cookies or persistent identifiers in your browser, and we use no advertising, profiling, or third-party marketing technologies on this site.

Because the site sets no cookies and no tracking identifiers, there is no cookie banner to click through — there is nothing to consent to.

Recruitment data

When you apply for a role, the application data you submit — your CV, contact details, and the information you provide in the application form — is retained for up to 18 months from submission, so we can consider you for the role you applied to and for comparable roles that open later. If you would like your application data deleted earlier, email privacy@incogroup.com and we will action it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to two years after our last interaction, recruitment application data for up to 18 months from submission (see 'Recruitment data' above — longer only if you ask us to keep your details on file for future roles), and commercial records for the period required by accounting, tax, and contract law — typically seven years from the end of the relevant financial year. Audit-log records carry a seven-year retention aligned with UAE PDPL.

Your rights

Subject to UAE PDPL, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction, or portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data — we'd appreciate the chance to address your concerns first, by email to privacy@incogroup.com.
